CWA for Palestine is a group of rank-and-file CWA members building a more militant and democratic union—with Palestine as our compass.
We’re made up of workers across sectors, including telecoms, health care, journalism, tech, and more. Our goals are rooted in the demands of the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions (PGTFU-Gaza) and other Palestinian labor bodies.
We organize across sectors, districts, locals, and workplaces and aim to show our peers inside CWA that to organize our union and stand with Palestine is also to advance our struggles here. Building solidarity with Palestine is deeply linked with building a union ready for this moment in history: Standing with Palestine takes the same work as building a union that can win against the worst of our bosses on the shop floor and escalating fascism in the United States.
Together with our comrades across the labor movement for Palestine, it’s our responsibility to show that we are the future of labor: militant, powerful, inclusive, and internationalist. We believe that we will win.
